1. Ankita Gupta
MS. Ankita Gupta– the founder of SYNDIORA, a Luxury Lab Grown Diamond jewellery brand with a strong desire to transform the way Indian women think about diamonds. Ankita has worked in Gemmological Laboratories for a few years and is interested in diamond and gemstone research. To feed her desire for the “Diamond Exploration”, SYNDIORA was born in late 2017 with a line-up to produce real diamonds without harming natural resources.
2. Dr. Shweta
Dr. Shweta has been practicing Ayurveda for ten years. As COVID-19 hit, she had a lot of time at hand. She saw a need for a one-stop shop for all types of products that would save her time and be fully natural, so she began making body scrubs and hair growth gel for herself and her 13-year-old daughter. She gradually increased the size of her batches and began offering them to her friends and relatives. The products showed great results and were an immediate success, and as the demand grew, she decided to name the brand AMISHI AYURVEDA.
3. Bhavana Doshi
PURE BUBBLES SKINCARE was founded by Bhavana Doshi, a graduate in Information Systems and Management and a Postgraduate in Global Business Administration. Bhavana struggled with her skin problems as a youngster, which led her to recognise that simple natural remedies were not the answer and that what genuinely helps for skin conditions must be explored using scientific methods. As a result of this understanding and her enthusiasm for skincare, she developed Pure Bubbles.
4. Aswiinii Dongare Bangar
Ashwiinii Dongare Bangar, the founder and CEO of SMART HOME DESIGNS LLP, had always been drawn to art and had a profound interest in drawing and sketching since she was in school. After graduating from high school, Ashwiinii had always planned to be an architect, but due to a series of setbacks, she decided to pursue engineering instead. While studying engineering, she discovered her passion for interior design and decided to continue it at Pune University. In 2015, she founded her interior design firm and fulfilled her childhood dream.
5. Priyanka Gupta
Founder & owner of SUMMER, Priyanka was pulled into the world of fashion for her love of design and art. She believes luxury is an experience, enjoyed equally by the buyer and the craftsman, by creating a product that moves one through its design brilliance and attention to detail.
6. Eesha Bhatia
Eesha Bhatia, an animal rights activist and lawyer, began crafting fusions of her grandmother’s and mother’s best beauty rituals in search of “non-messy” organic self-care. Created exclusively for herself and her loved ones initially, she started MYRA VEDA, the world’s first sustainable “Clean-Beauty” brand, which now has a global demand.
7. Sanchi Sehgal
Sanchi Sehgal, a natural skincare enthusiast, is the founder of the OZONE SIGNATURE brand, which is part of the Ozone group. She studied Sociology and Social Psychology at the University of York before pursuing her education in law in the United Kingdom. Sanchi enjoys golf, baking, dancing, and learning new skills in addition to making skincare products using unique methods and natural ingredients.
8. Nikhita Singh
Nikhita Singh is an interior designer and architect who graduated from Jaipur’s Aayojan School of Architecture. She was continually on the move as a “Fauji’s kid,” and transforming available spaces into her own was always a fascinating endeavour for her, encouraging her to try out new ideas. This, paired with the wonderful opportunity to travel extensively across the country, inspired her desire to start her firm, SCAPESMITHS, to design spaces on her own.
9. Ashna
Ashna is a foodie at heart and a health enthusiast by choice who enjoys eating healthy and nutritious foods. She is a computer science engineer with an MBA, a marketeer and a brand-building expert who has worked with some of the largest names in the F&B industry and is passionate about creating unique brands from the ground up. She created her brand, “MilkinOats,” to provide Indians with the choice of switching to a healthier plant-based diet.
10. Pooja Kohli
Pooja Kohli, the founder ofMasterstroke Academy, envisages building a skilful India
They impart training in Beauty and Wellness categories like Skin, Hair, Makeup, Nails, Permanent Makeup and much more. She strongly believes that skills are the only thing that stays with you for life. It’s an opportunity for all also to add not everyone can be a doctor or engineer, what are the option available for them? Especially post covid, many engineers and other professionals have lost their jobs.However on the side makeup artist still was able to survive, as marriages did happen in the presence of a limited audience.
